Summary
This study is testing a mobile app that gives weekly suggestions to help people with binge eating and obesity. The goal is to see which suggestions work best and in what order. About 300 adults who binge eat regularly and have a BMI of 30 or higher are taking part. The app tracks progress and lets users choose or change their weekly goal.
