First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called MKP10241 in healthy people, people with obesity, and those with obesity plus type 2 diabetes. Researchers want to see if taking the drug with food changes how it works, and whether different doses are safe. About 68 participants will take either the drug or a placebo and be closely monitored for side effects. This is an early-phase study focused on safety and drug behavior, not on curing or treating the disease.
