Summary

This study looks at how fitness level relates to bacteria in the mouth and blood flow to muscles. Researchers will collect mouth swabs, saliva, and blood samples, and measure exercise capacity in 70 adults with heart failure, artery disease, or overweight. The goal is to understand these connections, not to test a treatment.
