Summary
This study tests whether mobile health apps like Weight Watchers and Healthi can help low-income Hispanic adults with type 2 diabetes lose weight and improve blood sugar control. Forty-five participants will use one of the apps or a standard program for six months, tracking their weight and glucose daily. The goal is to find a practical, low-cost tool for managing diabetes in underserved communities.
