Summary

This study tested a 12-week exercise program set to music for 108 adults with physical disabilities like spinal cord injury, stroke, or multiple sclerosis. Participants were randomly assigned to the music exercise group or a waitlist. The goal was to see if the program improved heart health, strength, and mobility. Due to COVID-19, the program was done remotely via video calls.
