First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 28, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study follows children (aged 16 and older) whose mothers had a solid organ transplant before pregnancy. Researchers want to check if these children have higher risks for heart or kidney problems due to the mother's transplant and medications. Participants will have a one-time health check including blood pressure, kidney ultrasound, and blood/urine tests. The goal is to better understand long-term health and improve future counseling for transplant patients considering pregnancy.
