Summary

This study will enroll 120 adults who are overweight, inactive, and at risk for metabolic syndrome. Participants will take part in structured physical activity, nutrition education, and stress management workshops. Researchers will track changes in diet, exercise, sleep, stress, and overall health over 12 months to see if these lifestyle changes lead to better health.
