Summary
This study tested a special program to help teenagers and young adults who survived cancer get better healthcare and feel less worried. About 549 people who had cancers like leukemia, lymphoma, or breast cancer took part. The program gave them tools and support to manage their health and find resources, with the goal of reducing distress and helping them follow doctor's guidelines.
