Summary

This study tested a program to help adolescent and young adult cancer survivors (ages 15-39) get better access to healthcare resources and learn self-management skills. 549 survivors of cancers like leukemia, lymphoma, melanoma, and breast cancer took part. The goal was to see if the program could reduce cancer-related distress and improve adherence to follow-up care guidelines.
