Summary

This study tests whether inhaling DMT, a fast-acting psychedelic, can quickly reduce depression and suicidal thoughts in adults with major depressive disorder. 140 participants will receive either a high or low dose, and those not improving after one week can get an extra high dose. Researchers will track mood, safety, and quality of life for up to a year.
