Summary
This study screened over 16,600 adults in Spain (ages 45-70) with at least one risk factor (like high blood pressure or smoking) but no known heart disease. Half received advanced ultrasound and urine tests to find hidden artery and kidney problems. The goal is to see if early detection can prevent future heart attacks, strokes, and deaths.
