First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at people with a type of brain cancer called glioma that has a specific gene change (IDH mutation). Researchers use special MRI scans to measure a substance called 2-HG in the brain over time, which may show when the tumor becomes more aggressive. The goal is to learn how these tumors change, not to test a new treatment. About 42 adults will have regular scans and check-ups for life.
