Summary

This study compares a new hydrogel injection (Arthrosamid) to a standard steroid shot for treating knee osteoarthritis. About 200 adults with knee pain and arthritis will receive one of the two injections and be followed for up to a year. The goal is to see if the hydrogel provides better pain relief, stiffness reduction, and improved daily function.
