Summary

This study works with Black churches in Washington, D.C. to understand heart health risks like obesity, high blood pressure, and diabetes. About 200 adults will get a health exam, wear an activity monitor for a month, and answer health questions. The results will help design a future weight-loss program tailored to the community.
