Summary
This early-stage study tests whether injecting lab-grown heart muscle cells (made from stem cells) directly into the heart can help people with severe heart failure. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and can improve the heart's pumping ability. The study involves 14 participants and will follow them for 26 weeks after the injection.
