Summary
This study tests whether a virtual weight management program that includes a support person (like a family member or friend) helps Veterans with obesity lose weight. 320 Veterans and their partners will participate in 8 virtual sessions over 14 weeks. The main goal is to see if this approach leads to weight loss and healthier habits compared to standard care.
