Summary
This study looks at brain tissue from 10 people with temporal lobe epilepsy and hippocampal sclerosis who are having surgery. Researchers will analyze gene activity in the tissue to understand what causes the disease and find possible markers for better treatment. The goal is to learn more, not to test a new therapy.
