NCT ID NCT07270328
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week foot-ankle exercise program could help adults with type 2 diabetes who have nerve pain in their feet. Researchers compared it to walking and to standard education alone. The main goal was to see if a larger study is possible, but early results suggest foot-ankle exercises might improve nerve symptoms, stress, and quality of life. 108 people took part, and the study was completed.
