New drug FOG-001 aims to shrink Hard-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This study tests a new drug called FOG-001 in people with advanced solid tumors (cancers that have spread or can't be removed by surgery). The goal is to see if FOG-001 is safe and can shrink tumors or slow their growth. About 595 adults with cancers like colorectal, prostate, or endometrial cancer will take part. The drug targets a specific cell pathway (WNT) that is often faulty in these cancers.
