Summary
This early-phase trial is testing a new drug, FOG-001, in about 595 people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including colorectal, prostate, and liver cancers. The drug is given alone or with other cancer treatments to see if it is safe and shrinks tumors. The study is currently recruiting participants.
