Summary
This study compares pregabalin alone versus pregabalin plus dexmedetomidine for treating fibromyalgia, a condition causing widespread pain and fatigue. Researchers want to see if the combination provides better pain relief without more side effects. The study will enroll 400 adults with moderate to severe fibromyalgia who haven't found relief from non-drug treatments.
