Summary
This study looks at whether injecting a blood thinner (enoxaparin) into the arm or the belly works better for people with severe obesity (BMI over 40). The goal is to find the best spot to prevent dangerous blood clots. About 80 adults will take part, and researchers will measure how well the drug works in each group.
