This study tests whether a structured 5-part nursing care bundle can reduce dangerous blood clots (venous thromboembolism) after total hip replacement surgery. The bundle includes patient education, ankle exercises, early walking, fluid management, and compression stockings. About 110 adults who had hip replacement will receive either this bundle or standard care, and researchers will track clot rates, leg swelling, comfort, and satisfaction for 90 days after surgery.
