First seen Jul 29, 2026 · Last updated Jul 30, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This trial tests an 8-week eHealth program called eMindExCare that combines mindfulness practices with home-based aerobic and resistance exercises for prostate cancer patients undergoing active treatment. The study aims to see if the program is feasible and acceptable, and whether it can improve sleep quality, fatigue, pain, and physical activity. Participants are randomly assigned to either eMindExCare or a health education control group, with outcomes measured right after the program and three months later.
