Weekly shot aims to ease sleep apnea and shed pounds

Summary
This study tests a once-weekly medicine called eloralintide in 800 adults with moderate-to-severe sleep apnea who are also overweight or have obesity. The goal is to see if it can improve breathing during sleep and help with weight loss. Some participants use a CPAP machine, while others do not. The study lasts about 76 weeks.
