Summary
This study looks at how changing when you eat and improving sleep can help people with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, or obesity better control their blood sugar, heart health, and weight. About 40 adults will receive personalized nutrition advice and education. The goal is to see if regular eating habits and better sleep can improve health markers like weight and cholesterol.
