Summary

This study is testing whether wearing a smartwatch and getting personalized health coaching through a mobile app can help people with high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, or related conditions improve their lifestyle. About 1,700 adults aged 21-75 will wear a smartwatch for at least 8 hours a day and receive nudges and remote coaching for 6 months. The goal is to see if this approach increases physical activity and helps manage or prevent chronic diseases.
