Can personalized invites boost diabetes detection in half a million people?
NCT ID NCT05730582
First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026
Summary
This study aims to see if personalized screening invitations—tailored by race, ethnicity, and diabetes risk—are more effective than generic invitations at getting people tested for type 2 diabetes or prediabetes. About 500,000 adults from Parkland clinics will receive either a targeted invitation with phone follow-up or usual care. The goal is to close screening gaps and find undiagnosed cases more efficiently.
