Summary

This study will follow 1,000 people aged 8 to 65 who are overweight, have high blood sugar, or have metabolic issues. Researchers will collect blood, saliva, urine, and stool samples during routine clinic visits, along with questionnaires about diet, sleep, and mood. The goal is to better understand how diabetes and obesity progress over time, especially in younger people.
