Summary
This study will review the medical records of up to 5,000 people who have or are eligible for deep brain stimulation (DBS) to treat Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, or dystonia. Researchers want to see how well DBS improves symptoms over time in everyday medical practice. No new treatments or visits are required—only existing de-identified data will be analyzed.
