Summary
This study aims to follow 5000 adults over many years to understand what factors lead to brain diseases like stroke and dementia. It will track people who already have a diagnosis, are at high risk, or are currently healthy, using questionnaires and medical records. The goal is to gather enough information to find scientifically proven ways to help people maintain and improve their brain health as they age.
