Summary

This study looks at whether using a CPAP machine for sleep apnea after a heart procedure (catheter ablation) can help prevent atrial fibrillation from coming back. About 658 adults with both conditions will be randomly assigned to use CPAP for a year or receive usual care. The goal is to see if CPAP reduces the chance of irregular heart rhythms.
