This study is for people with metastatic urothelial cancer (a type of bladder cancer that has spread). It tests two or three drugs together: sacituzumab govitecan, enfortumab vedotin, and pembrolizumab. The goal is to find the safest doses and see how well the combination shrinks tumors.
