Chatbot could be new ally for breast cancer survivors battling insomnia

Summary
This study looks at whether a chatbot called Cecebot can help breast cancer survivors with insomnia sleep better. About 60 women with stage I-III breast cancer who have trouble sleeping will use the chatbot, which sends text messages with tips from cognitive behavioral therapy and physical activity. The goal is to see if it's easy to use and if it improves sleep and quality of life.
