Summary
This study is testing a new type of cell therapy called A2B395 for adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or returned. The therapy uses modified immune cells designed to specifically kill cancer cells while protecting the patient's healthy cells. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how well it works against cancers like colorectal, lung, and breast cancer.
