New imaging agent could spot hidden cancers

Summary
This study will test a new type of PET/CT scan that uses a special tracer called 18F-T2 to find tumors that have high levels of a protein called CAIX. About 200 adults with cancers like kidney, bladder, lung, or breast cancer will get this new scan along with a standard one to see which is better at detecting tumors. The goal is to improve cancer diagnosis and staging.
