Summary
This study looked at how a combination medicine called CagriSema affects appetite and brain activity in people who are overweight or have obesity. About 164 participants took part, some receiving the medicine and others a placebo. The goal was to understand how the drug changes feelings of hunger and fullness, and how it affects brain regions linked to eating behavior.
