Summary

This study looked at two weight-loss medicines, cagrilintide and semaglutide, given to 40 adults with overweight or obesity. For 14 weeks, everyone got two separate shots. Then, for 8 weeks, some got a single combined shot while others kept getting two shots. The goal was to see how the different methods affect medicine levels in the blood. The study lasted about 8 months with many clinic visits and blood draws.
