Summary

This clinical trial is testing an investigational medicine called cagrilintide to see how well it helps people with overweight or obesity lose weight. Participants will receive either cagrilintide or a placebo (an inactive substance) by injection, and their weight change will be tracked over about 9 months. The study aims to compare two different presentations of cagrilintide to ensure they work similarly. Adults with a body mass index (BMI) of 27 or higher may be eligible to join.
