Summary

This study tests whether cagrilintide, a new injectable drug, causes fewer stomach side effects than a placebo in people with obesity who previously quit GLP-1 medications due to nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. About 114 participants will receive either cagrilintide or a dummy shot for up to 8 months. The goal is to see if more people can stay on the drug without quitting because of stomach issues.
