Summary
This study tests whether a new medicine called cagrilintide causes fewer stomach side effects than a placebo in people with obesity who had to stop taking other weight-loss drugs (GLP-1s) because of stomach issues. About 114 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either cagrilintide or a placebo for around 8 months. The main goal is to see how many people can stay on the medicine at a standard or higher dose.
