Summary

This study tests two remote brain-training programs for Veterans who have had a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and struggle with focus, memory, or staying on track. About 120 Veterans will use either BrainStrong-GSR or BrainStrong-OPT via tele-rehabilitation and digital apps. The goal is to see if these programs help improve cognitive skills needed for work, school, and daily life.
