Summary

This early-phase study tested a combination of two drugs, bintrafusp alfa and pimasertib, for patients with cancer that had spread to the brain (brain metastases). The goal was to find a safe dose and see if the combination could help control the brain tumors and help patients live longer. The trial was terminated early after enrolling only 8 participants.
