Scientists use Super-Powered scans to unlock Brain's secrets in aging and disease
NCT ID NCT07202494
Summary
This study aims to understand how the brain changes and adapts in various neurological conditions and during normal aging. Researchers will use advanced, high-powered MRI scans to look at brain structure, function, and energy use in 700 participants, including people with diseases like Alzheimer's, MS, and Parkinson's, as well as healthy individuals. The goal is to gather detailed information to help develop better tools for diagnosis and predicting disease progression in the future.
