Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new combination treatment for adults with aggressive brain cancer that has returned after prior therapy. After surgeons remove as much tumor as possible, a modified virus is injected into the area to target remaining cancer cells. The main goal is to find the safest dose of this virus when used alongside oral medications and a specialized form of radiation.
