Summary

This study looks at how a substance called lactate affects blood flow to the brain in people with and without obesity. Researchers will measure brain blood flow and lactate levels during rest and exercise. The goal is to understand if short-term exercise training can improve lactate metabolism and brain blood flow in people with obesity.
