Summary
This study collects health data from 60,000 people with kidney disease who are seen by a kidney specialist. The goal is to understand how heart problems and kidney disease affect each other, and to find better ways to predict and treat these conditions. No new treatments are tested; instead, researchers will analyze existing medical records to improve future care.
