Summary

This study looked at whether Baduanjin, a gentle mind-body exercise, can help people with knee osteoarthritis reduce pain, improve balance, and overcome fear of movement. Sixty adults aged 40 to 70 with knee OA were split into three groups: one did standard exercises, one added Baduanjin, and one did Baduanjin via video call. After 12 weeks, researchers measured changes in pain, balance, and physical function to see which approach worked best.
