Summary

This Phase 2 study tests an experimental drug called AZD6234, given as a weekly injection, for weight loss in adults with overweight or obesity and type 2 diabetes. Participants are already on a stable dose of a GLP-1 medication. The study will compare AZD6234 to a placebo over 26 weeks to see if it leads to greater weight loss. About 69 people will take part.
