This study looks at whether the immune system's T-cells react differently in people with Parkinson's disease or Alzheimer's disease compared to healthy older adults. Researchers will collect blood samples from 120 participants—30 with Parkinson's, 30 with Alzheimer's or mild cognitive impairment, and 60 healthy controls—to measure T-cell responses to certain antigens. The goal is to better understand how inflammation and immune responses may be involved in these neurodegenerative conditions.
