Summary

This study tests a device called ATNC MDD-V1 that uses gentle magnetic pulses and brain exercises to improve thinking and memory in people with mild Alzheimer's. About 180 adults aged 60 to 85 who are already on stable Alzheimer's medication will receive either the real treatment or a fake version. The goal is to see if this non-invasive approach can slow down cognitive decline over 24 weeks.
