Summary

This study is testing three different new drugs to see if they can help adults hospitalized with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), a severe and often deadly form of lung failure. About 600 participants will receive either one of the new treatments or a placebo, in addition to their standard hospital care. The main goal is to see if the treatments improve survival and help patients breathe without a ventilator.
