Summary

This study tests several experimental treatments for adults hospitalized with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), a severe lung condition. About 600 participants will receive either a placebo or one of the active drugs to see if they improve survival and recovery. The goal is to find safer and more effective ways to manage this life-threatening illness.
