First seen Jan 27, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving multiple brain stimulation sessions per day works better than one session per day for treating depression in people aged 60 and older. About 280 participants will receive active treatment, but some get the accelerated version and some get the standard once-daily version. The goal is to see which approach improves mood more quickly and effectively.
